CUSTOM REFLECTORS require their own injection molds.  As long as your design can be made approximately the same size as our stock shapes, fitting inside a 5" circle, the production costs will be the same as our standard stock reflector shapes.  You must produce at least 5,000 pieces on your first order, and all subsequent orders.

Parts prices, completely packaged for retail as shown, with an adhesive back, velcro back and magnet back, are normally in the $10.00(R) range.

Tooling costs for each custom set of injection molds runs between $10,000.00 and $15,000.00 (X), rarely more, and rarely less.  We are happy to quote an exact price on your own custom design. Remember, molded retro reflective tooling is a precision product, with hundreds of cube corner prisms providing the high visibility in the dark of the finished product. Tooling includes an ultrasonic sealing plate to insure waterproof parts.

It takes around 45 days for the tooling to be created, and then another 30 to 60 days for production runs after you've approved the mold proofs.

Terms for Custom Molded Products are as follows:

50% deposit when order for custom tooling is placed, and the balance is due with approval.  We also require a 50% deposit when the merchandise order is placed, with balance due Net 10 Days. We do offer a 5% discount for full prepayment with order.
